Art direction & editorial design for Ypseli, a 336-page book conceived as both a travel guide and a collection of recipes reflecting Greek cuisine and ways of living, with photography by Stanisław Boniecki.

Structured around different regions, the book highlights local culinary heritage alongside a new generation of restaurateurs involved in the gastrotaverna movement, bridging traditional tavern culture with a more contemporary gastronomic approach.
